Some things are not preserved because they were perfect. They survive because they learn to become something new.

Relic of the Tide emerged through layers of color, texture, botanicals, shell, stone, moss, metal, and wax—each element becoming part of its transformation.

What began imperfectly was never meant to be hidden. Instead, it was reclaimed and embellished, allowing nature, imagination, and a little bit of chaos to leave their mark.

Like something discovered along a forgotten shore, this relic carries the feeling of having lived another life. Its surface holds fragments of a world that has grown over it, around it, and through it.

It is not untouched.
It is not perfectly preserved.
It is transformed.

And perhaps that is the greater kind of beauty.
